KC Castles Ltd was established in 2023 in Eye, Peterborough. Our CEO and founder, Kyler was born and raised in Eye where he had a dream to build a successful bouncy castle hire business to serve Peterborough and surrounding areas with support from his partner Chantelle, who deals with admin and bookings and best friend Stephen who can be seen supporting set ups on site. Our main aim is to provide the best customer service as hassle free as possible to make your party or event a success. 

We take Health and Safety very seriously. We hold up to date insurance which specialises in our business. Our cover includes delivery, installation, dismantling and public operation of our products. We also hold public liability insurance up to the value of £5 million.. We also have standard risk assessments for all of our products. All of our bouncy castles hold a Pipa certificate to certify that our products are safe for use. These tests are completed annually which is carried out under the Pipa scheme and also supported by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). 

All of our bouncy castles are BS EN 14960 compliant which ensures that they are manufactured in the correct way. The test certificate can be accessed via the Pipa website (www.pipa.org.uk) or can be shown at request.
