You can make a booking by emailing us, completing the online contact us form, telephoning us and messaging us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. Our office staff will carefully check your order or request and confirm your booking with you. Your booking is important to us and we want to make is as hassle free as possible, our staff aim to reply to you no later than 24 hours after the order or request has been made.
Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period. At the time of your booking you can pay via Paypal or BACS. Then the balance on the day via card or cash, unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
No deposit = No Booking
We are busy between April to September so please book early to avoid any disappointment. You can book early in advance and as long as the deposit is paid this will secure your booking for the day you request.
If you have a last minute booking or cancellation please give us a ring and we will try our very best to accommodate your booking if available.
You will need to have 240V power supply. We will bring extension leads and will require to have a clear access to the electrical point. Please make sure that the area in which you would like the product to be is clear of equipment, rubbish is removed and a clean area. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the area is not appropriate for the hire.
Please ensure that upon booking with us that you inform us of the area in which you would like the product to be and whether it is on grass, artificial grass or hard standing. We need to ensure that our products are safe and secure. If you require a hard standing booking please contact us for further information. If in doubt send a picture of the area you would like to place the bouncy castle and we can confirm if it is suitable or not.
We are unable to operate our bouncy castles if the wind speed exceeds 24 MPH due to Health and Safety Legislation and UK law this is to protect the users of the product.
If it is heavy rain pour we unfortunately cannot operate due to the risk of users hurting themselves as there is a high chance of them slipping.
Some of our bouncy castles have a rain cover and could continue to operate depending on the rainfall.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking if wind speed exceeds 24 MPH and if it is heavy rainfall. When our staff arrive at the venue and the booking is outdoor we will take the windspeed via a hand held wind speed gauge meter and will be recorded on our terms and conditions agreement. We require our hirer to record the wind speed every 30 minutes and record it on the wind speed sheet. If at any time the wind speed exceeds the amount stated above the hirer will be expected to deflate the product until it is safe for it to be inflated.
Yes you can as long as there is permission from the hall hirer. We are more than happy to find a suitable bouncy castle to fit all size halls.
All hires are subject to a £50 damage deposit to be paid upon booking. This is a refundable deposit upon collection of the bouncy castle as long as there is no damage or excessive dirt. This will be assessed with a walk around between our staff and the hirer before set up and before dismantle.
If we have to cancel due to bad weather all deposits will be refunded. If you cancel the booking the deposit is non refundable however, if you need to reschedule the deposit will be carried over to the new booking date.
